In the backer forms for the Rita kickstarter, I asked people who were getting a sketch what they wanted. A lot of people said “whatever”; a few people asked for my dragon self. Of those expressing a preference for a character from Decrypting Rita, here’s the statistics:<\/p>\n
Rita1 (blue, robot): 5
\nRita2 (red, human): 1
\nRita3 (orange, dragon): 5
\nRita4 (green, Timelord<\/s>): 0<\/p>\n
Barrett3 (orange, elf): 1<\/p>\n
Also there was one vote for whatever, maybe either Rita1, or maybe Rita3 because they figure I’ll be drawing a lot of Rita1.<\/p>\n
NOBODY LOVES MY GALIFREYAN FAN CHARA WAAAAAAHHH but about 1\/4 of the people who didn’t specify A Particular Rita or something else entirely will probably get her!<\/em><\/p>\n It looks like all the drawings are going to be on the inside back cover. That and the inside front cover are the only places I could actually find any white space to draw in.
